Dear
Friends,
We hope that you will consider The Baskerville for your home in downtown Madison. My
great-great-grandfather built it in 1913, and my parents had the
building fully restored in
1993. Today it
features 22 units being sold
as
condominiums.
Apart
from its great downtown location, The Baskerville offers
a friendly atmosphere where neighbors get to know each
other. The
building itself is quiet, clean and well-heated in the
winter, and has an excellent security history.

"We
think we have found the best place to
live
in Madison. We love the location,
being close to the capital
square,
UW, and all that there is to do and see and enjoy
living in downtown Madison."
